What you’ll do:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and Mayvue’s internal teams
  • Own the full customer lifecycle, developing and executing strategies to drive retention and growth
  • Evaluate customer needs and recommend upgrades or additional services that add value
What you bring:
  • 5+ years of experience selling technology or software solutions
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook)
  • Working within a CRM to track and document your own results 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first mindset
