We are seeking a dynamic Account Manager to own direct relationships with contractors using the 360 Finance platform. This role is critical to driving contractor engagement, adoption, and satisfaction while ensuring that contractors and their homeowner customers experience seamless financing for home improvement projects.

The ideal candidate thrives in a client-facing role, has strong relationship-management and problem-solving skills, and is motivated by helping businesses succeed.


Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned contractor accounts, ensuring consistent engagement and satisfaction.
  • Onboard new contractors onto the 360 Finance platform, providing training and guidance on tools, workflows, and best practices.
  • Partner with contractors to maximize homeowner financing adoption and improve job conversion rates.
  • Monitor account performance, proactively identifying growth opportunities, risks, and areas for support.
  • Resolve contractor issues quickly by collaborating cross-functionally with Operations, Product, and Finance teams.
  • Educate contractors on new features, product updates, and financing programs.
  • Track and report account health metrics, ensuring portfolio growth and retention targets are met.
  • Advocate for contractor needs and feedback internally to influence platform improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, finance, or related field.
  • 3+ years in account management, client success, or sales (preferably in financial services, fintech, or home services).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to build lasting client relationships.
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret account performance and recommend solutions.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

The expected salary range for this position is $65,000 USD to $110,000 USD annually. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on the Company’s compensation practices. The salary may be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location. The position is also eligible to receive performance bonus or commission and equity in the form of restricted stock units. This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s standard employee benefits programs, which currently include health care benefits; (2) retirement benefits; (3) the amount of paid days off (paid sick leave, parental leave, paid time off, or vacation benefits); (4) any other tax-reportable benefits.
