We’re looking for an Account Manager to drive the business development of PGL.

 

You will be working closely alongside our Marketing and Sales team to pursue business development opportunities.

 

You’ll also work together with our CEO and COO to define objectives, strategy, and accomplish the roadmap to deliver impactful results.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with internal PGL teams to ensure successful project management, execution, and that the goals for key accounts are met.

  • Manage current partners and build relationships with potential clients.

  • Together with Management define the short and long-term goals & vision of your project, strategy, and roadmap.

  • Collaborate with all stakeholders to identify and execute on opportunities to develop new features.

  • Inspire your peers to successfully bring your projects to life.

  • Drive your project, development, and launch innovative features together with your team of managers, engineers, designers, and researchers.

  • Mentor and coach other Account Managers.

 

Skills & Requirements:

  • Experience working as an Account Manager, or similar role, within a fast-moving environment.

  • Creative problem solver - you are able to identify real obstacles and viable solutions.

  • Radical thinker combined with strong execution - you can envision a world different than the status quo with the ability to express a clear path on how to get there.

  • Good understanding of video games and esports - experience in the field is a strong plus.

  • High proficiency in verbal and written English.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

  • Flexibility to travel abroad for events and work varying hours, including nights or weekends.

 

Nice to have’s:


  • 2+ years Account Management or Project management experience.

  • Massive plus if you are a former: engineer, startup founder, competitive gamer.

  • Willingness to discover, adapt, and lend a hand.

  • Familiarity with PGL tournaments and events.
