Responsibilities:
- Brainstorm with Sales, Marketing, and Editorial to develop strategic media plans and custom campaign executions based on client needs, inventory and historic success.
- Working with sales, marketing and media planning to build strategic media plans.
- Manage insertion orders, proposals, campaign scheduling, and inventory conflict resolution.
- Maintain workflows with advertising proposals, including but not limited to analytic runs, filling out relevant documents, providing historical rate information, and strategic insight.
- Serving as point person for custom ad executions, custom content creation, and custom activations.
- Oversee ad operations: launching, optimizing, QA, and troubleshooting creative assets and rich media.
- Regularly monitor and reconcile campaign delivery across third party ad serving systems.
- Provide weekly and monthly reports, and work closely with Sales to communicate campaign changes, technical issues, launch delays, etc.
- Analyzing campaigns and collaborating with Sales and Marketing to achieve client goals, including addressing campaign adjustments, technical problems, and launch postponements.
- Collected and QA'd ad tags and creative; monitored and reconciled campaign delivery across systems.
- Analyze performance, delivered client objectives, and communicated updates across departments.
- Booked magazine insertions; resolved billing issues with the Controller; supported special projects.
- Prospecting new clients.
Requirements:
- 3+ years in account management, media planning or a similar digital roles.
- Proficient in Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, DFP, Excel, PowerPoint, and/or Keynote.
- Must be a self-starter with the ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize work assignments, meet deadlines and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail; adept at multitasking in fast-paced environments.
- Knowledge of branded content, native advertising, and third-party ad serving platforms.
- Experience with HTML and rich media troubleshooting.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- Must be extremely detail oriented and provide excellent follow-through.
