Role Objective:

Live Nation is on the hunt for an energetic, organised and creative Account Manager to join our Auckland-based Brand Partnerships team. In this fast-paced, full-time role, you’ll help deliver integrated brand campaigns, manage client communications, and activate unforgettable experiences at some of Aotearoa’s most iconic live events.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Project Coordination: Oversee day-to-day agency activities, including preparing WIP documents, briefs, and post-campaign reports.
  • Creative Contribution: Collaborate on generating innovative ideas that align with client goals and deliver measurable ROI.
  • Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support seamless campaign execution.
  • Budget Administration: Handle client budget management and ensure financial accuracy.
  • Onsite Event Support: Act as an on-ground client liaison at events, hosting competition winners and managing backstage tours or artist meet-and-greets.
  • Travel Flexibility: Be available to travel for events and work outside usual business hours during peak periods.

What we’re looking for:

  • 1-2+ years of experience in account management within creative, experiential, or sponsorship agencies, or project management in media publishing.
  • Strong understanding of campaign management and event execution.
  • Familiarity with digital and social media landscapes.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, with proven relationship-building skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work autonomously in a dynamic environment.
  • A collaborative team player, comfortable working with creative and experiential teams.
  • Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced industry, including working outside standard hours during peak periods.

The Benefits:

  • A vibrant, music-focused workplace fostering creativity and collaboration.
  • Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
  • Access to concerts, events, and other entertainment perks.
  • A diverse, equitable workplace where every voice matters.
  • Comprehensive benefits, from volunteer days to wellness programs and mental health support.
  • Enjoy the thrill of working on high-profile campaigns and partnerships
