We Are Looking For...

A results-driven and detail-oriented professional with a passion for client communication and relationship management. In this role, you will play a vital part in upholding and nurturing AnswerHero’s strong client relationships. You will conduct proactive check-ins, assist with client queries, and identify opportunities to enhance our client interactions. What You’ll Be Doing:

Client Relationship Management

  • Conduct regular proactive check-ins with AnswerHero clients to confirm their needs are being met and they’re receiving top-notch service.
  • Strengthen client relationships by identifying opportunities for service enhancements.
  • Ensure all outstanding concerns are addressed through diligent follow-ups.

Account Optimization & Problem-Solving

  • Monitor client accounts actively and analyze interactions to identify areas for improvement.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to implement strategies that elevate the client experience.
  • Maintain accuracy in account details, including contact and billing information through timely updates.
  • Identify opportunities for account optimization through interactions with cross-functional teams.

Billing & Reporting

  • Handle client inquiries related to billing issues, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Provide leadership with insights on account activity, reporting trends, and suggesting areas for improvement.

Continuous Improvement & Client Success

  • Collect feedback from clients to support the enhancement of AnswerHero’s services and offerings.
  • Offer valuable insights and recommendations to elevate client interactions and satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to provide clients with pertinent recommendations.
