What You’ll Do:
As an Account Manager at Sock Club, you'll be the primary point of contact for our clients, focusing on closing deals and providing exceptional customer service. You'll manage a portfolio of our fastest-growing customers, overseeing all aspects of the customer relationship while collaborating closely with our Marketing, Design, and Operations teams to ensure their needs are met. You'll be essential in ensuring clients have a seamless and exceptional experience throughout the entire process—from onboarding and initial inquiry to future opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing all communications related to design requests, quotes, revisions, purchase orders, and cart management, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with Sock Club's distributor customers, adopting a growth-oriented mindset. 
  • Partner with existing customers to deeply understand their needs, offering tailored product solutions that enhance their overall experience. 
  • Proactively manage a portfolio of clients, identifying opportunities for quick upsells and reorders to maximize revenue potential.
  • Develop a deep understanding of your customers' businesses and objectives to provide strategic insights and accurately forecast the sales pipeline.
  • Monitor and report on key metrics related to customer growth, retention, and engagement with the Sock Club portal, providing actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales and account management, with a proven track record of building and expanding B2B relationships.
  • Demonstrated success in managing multiple stakeholders both internally and externally.
  • Expertise in pipeline management, time management, and account prioritization, with strong negotiation skills to maximize opportunities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong interest in the product and technical aspects of the role, with a desire to continuously learn and innovate.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage customer data to create compelling, value-driven narratives.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (HubSpot experience is a plus).
