What does an Account Manager do at Hogarth?

Primarily responsible for managing brands and leads all the extended teams needed for excellent service delivery: operations staff to deliver high quality, fully integrated plan executions & production excellence.

The Account Manager has a deep understanding of the category & brand challenges, turns business objectives into communications objectives and together with Account Director defines clear KPI’s for each brief.

  • Day to day contact with EMEA Client
  • Coordination between internal departments (Creative, Development, Audio Video, Studio, etc)
  • Overall planning, crisis management and resources management
  • Strive for better client and stakeholder relations
  • Manage jobs through specific production platforms
  • Handle all aspects of client campaigns from planning through to delivery
  • Manage and monitor timelines and deadlines, set realistic client expectations
  • Proactively chase and interrogate delays
  • Escalate issues to the superior
  • Demonstrate clear understanding of brand and guidelines
  • Highlight and escalate quality control issues
  • Support the superior in supplying client management information and reporting
  • Manage and optimize internal workflow to ensure/increase productivity
  • Take full responsibility for the completion of the digital projects
  • Responsible for overseeing the development process of several materials across different markets
  • Foresee any project issues/ questions or internal resourcing issues before they arise
  • Manage accuracy and timeliness of the financial process
  • Coach and develop new team members in their role to ensure workflow efficiency and Client satisfaction

This role reports to the Account Director.

You will work closely with Development, Creative, Broadcast, Studio Print and QA teams.

Requirements:

  • 3 to 6 years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience of working in 360 campaigns
  • Experience managing and servicing international accounts in 5+ markets with multiple stakeholders
  • Demonstrable experience in managing global production projects and teams
  • Prioritization, time management and attention to detail
  • Resilience and ability to work under pressure
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised, customer focused, proactive and possess excellent communication skills with a clear understanding of international brand challenges
  • Fluent oral and written English essential
  • Passion for and understanding of internet technologies
