Job Summary
Ready to own the details that make complex solar deals close smoothly? As the Account Manager at Resonant Energy, you'll manage the consent, tax credit, and data processes that enable your sales and partnerships team to execute with confidence.
What You'll Do:
You'll independently manage the investor and lender consent process across all active projects, tracking deadlines and building relationships with external parties to keep approvals moving. You'll lead client-facing support for ITC adders, Direct Pay, and ITC transfer applications, maintaining accurate tracking systems from submission through approval. You'll also own the integrity of Salesforce data across the sales and partnerships teams, catching errors, preparing monthly pipeline reports, and identifying improvements to what gets tracked and how.
You'll Thrive If You:
- Enjoy managing multiple detailed processes at once without losing accuracy or missing deadlines
- Have a working knowledge of tax equity structures, finance, or contracting, or are eager to build that expertise quickly
- Take initiative to spot inefficiencies in a process and fix them rather than just working around them
- Are skilled at building relationships with clients, investors and lenders
- Care about data accuracy and catch inconsistencies before they become bigger problems

- Review partnerships and sales team Salesforce data for errors and inconsistencies; coordinate resolution with relevant team members
