Role Description

This is a full-time Account Manager role based in Rio de Janeiro, RJ, with a hybrid work arrangement that allows a mix of on-site and work-from-home days. The Account Manager will manage relationships with corporate and institutional clients, serving as the primary point of contact for onboarding, product adoption, and ongoing support. Daily responsibilities include understanding client needs, coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions, monitoring account performance, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. The role also involves preparing presentations and reports, managing client feedback, ensuring timely resolution of issues, and contributing to process improvements that enhance the overall client experience.

What we’re looking for
  • Client relationship management and account management experience, including handling multiple stakeholders and complex accounts

  • Background in finance, fintech, blockchain, or related sectors, with an interest in cross-border payments and trade finance

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in clear business terms

  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret client data, identify trends, and propose actionable recommendations

  • Organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage concurrent projects

  • Comfort working in a hybrid environment, collaborating with remote and on-site teams in Rio de Janeiro, RJ

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

  • Professional proficiency in English and Portuguese; experience in international business or trade is an advantage

Nice to have
  • Experience with stablecoins, on/off-ramps, or trading infrastructure

  • Familiarity with LATAM payment systems (PIX, SPEI, etc.)

  • Experience in compliance-heavy environments

  • Background in B2B or infrastructure products

  • Fluent in Spanish
