As an Account Manager – Upstream Chemicals Equipment, you will be responsible for managing strategic customer relationships, ensuring service excellence, and supporting commercial growth across upstream chemical applications. You will act as the primary customer interface, collaborating with field service personnel, operations teams, and business leaders to deliver value-driven solutions while supporting operational and financial objectives.

As an Account Manager – Upstream Chemicals Equipment, you will be responsible for:
• Managing assigned customer accounts and serving as the primary point of contact for customer interactions.

• Have a minimum of 7 years of directly related experience supporting SAGD/Thermal operations, water treatment, process treatment, or upstream chemical applications.
• Demonstrate a strong technical understanding of chemical treatment programs and production optimization solutions.
• Possess strong customer relationship management and account management skills.
• Have a proven ability to solve complex operational and technical challenges.
• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Have strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Be willing and able to travel regularly to customer field locations.
