Role objective:

The Account Manager is responsible for promoting, selling, and advertising VOX Solutions’ services while maintaining strong relationships with key accounts and partners. The role involves identifying new sales opportunities, executing market development strategies, and ensuring successful contract implementation with partners.

Additionally, the Account Manager monitors sales targets, contributes to market research, and supports commercial contracting efforts. This position plays a vital role in driving sales growth and sustaining long-term client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promotion, selling, and advertising of the Company's Services.
  • Identification of sales opportunities and business development across different geographies assigned.
  • Execution of sales and market development strategies.
  • Development and maintenance of high-level relationships with key accounts and partners.
  • Monitoring of target achievement on the designated accounts and setting of objectives for result delivery.
  • Reach and engage high-level contacts with the key partners and assist with the implementation of the contracts for partners.
  • Provide support to sales management and sales responsible for commercial contracting.
  • Assist in and provide Market research to help facilitate the company strategy, commercial, and operational activities.
  • Contract and Channel Management with assigned partners.
  • Other related sales and business development activities deemed needed by the Company.


Skills: 

  • Sales Expertise: Proven experience in promoting, selling, and advertising telecom services. Familiarity with B2B telecom sales, including Voice and SMS services, is preferred.
  • Relationship Management: Strong skills in developing and maintaining high-level relationships with clients and partners.
  • Target-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present and negotiate effectively with clients and partners.
  • Market Research: Ability to conduct market research and analyze industry trends to support business strategy.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills for contract management and sales discussions.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and management.


Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Telecommunications, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree in a relevant field or additional certifications in sales or account management are a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales and account management within the telecom industry.
  • Proven success in driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and executing business development strategies.
  • Experience with Voice, SMS, or other telecom services is highly desirable.
  • Experience with B2B sales, including commercial contracting and managing client relationships in a service-oriented business is a plus.
