About the Role
As Manager III, Direct Sales, you will lead sales managers and professional associates to promote products and services, build customer relationships, and grow a strong sales opportunity pipeline. You will set priorities, guide team plans, allocate resources, and help deliver financial and operational outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Promoting and selling technical and non-technical products and services to end customers
- Informing customers of new product and service introductions and prices
- Creating, monitoring, and revising lead generation plans to ensure a substantive sales opportunity pipeline
- Providing leadership to managers and professional associates
- Developing departmental plans and determining production and team priorities
- Setting organizational priorities and allocating resources
Requirements
- Have a comprehensive understanding of internal and industry standards and principles within your discipline
- Be able to integrate department business dynamics and align with division priorities
- Be able to manage multiple related teams of professionals and/or junior managers
- Be able to apply functional knowledge and existing methodologies to complex problems
- Have accountability for end results, finances/budget, resources, planning, and policy formulation
- Be able to influence and persuade internal and external stakeholders
