Responsible for managing workstreams, priorities, issue resolution, documentation, reporting, stakeholder coordination, and process improvements within roaming products and commercial account delivery. The role keeps stakeholder and customer needs at the center, ensuring outputs are relevant, responsive, and useful to the people they support.
Responsibilities- Manage plans, priorities, governance routines, resources, and work deliverables for roaming products and commercial account delivery.
- Coordinate activities across relevant teams, vendors, customers, and business stakeholders.
- Track risks, issues, dependencies, approvals, actions, and continuous improvement items.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, decision papers, operating updates, and management summaries.
- Support reviews, audits, change control, handovers, and stakeholder communications as required.
- Translate stakeholder feedback and expectations into practical improvements that strengthen service quality and customer value.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of relevant experience in roaming products and commercial account delivery or a related corporate/technical environment.
- Relevant professional certification, tool exposure, or sector-specific experience preferred.
