About the Role

We're looking for an Account Manager - Oncology to join our Clinical Services team.

This role combines clinical expertise, relationship management, training, and solution consulting to support healthcare organisations using our oncology software solution, Charm. Acting as a trusted clinical advisor, you'll work closely with customers to optimise workflows, support implementations, deliver training, and contribute to ongoing product enhancements that improve patient care.

This is a customer-facing role that involves regular travel to healthcare sites, supporting training, implementations, and ongoing customer success.

Key responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clinical stakeholders

  • Act as the primary clinical contact for assigned customer accounts

  • Deliver training and support to end users to maximise adoption and success

  • Support software implementations, upgrades, and go-live activities

  • Provide clinical guidance and assist with the resolution of complex issues

  • Gather customer feedback and identify opportunities for product and service improvements

  • Collaborate with Product, Development, and Project teams to enhance clinical solutions

  • Assist with testing, documentation, training resources, and user guides

  • Monitor customer satisfaction and contribute to positive client outcomes

About You

You are a clinically experienced healthcare professional who enjoys building relationships, solving complex problems, and using technology to improve healthcare outcomes. You thrive in a customer-focused environment and are confident engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders.

You’ll bring:
  • Degree qualification in Pharmacy

  • Minimum 5 years' clinical experience within a public or private hospital environment

  • Oncology and/or haematology experience will be highly regarded

  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

  • Excellent problem-solving and relationship management abilities

  • Experience delivering training, education, or clinical support

  • Ability to manage competing priorities and work autonomously

  • Willingness to travel regularly to customer sites as required
