Insignia Systems is challenging the status quo across the retail landscape to bring fresh energy and approach to in-store displays. The account manager role provides the opportunity for hands-on learning with successful sales leaders to understand our product positioning for in-store displays, retailer value, and best in class project management. This client-facing role is responsible for managing display programs on Insignia’s top accounts, including tracking evolving program scope/details with both client and internal cross-functional stakeholders, milestone approvals and in-store execution data collection.

- Ensure long term retention of existing accounts through responsive customer service & relationship building
- Client onboarding into Insignia process and project roadmaps
- Manage all project details including creative hand-offs, prototype reviews, contracts, and store execution planning
- Understand the competitive landscape and effectively differentiate our approach & value
- Translate manufacturing processes and strategies into easily understood client-facing dialogue
- Holding clients accountable to project timelines and proactively communicating upcoming deliverables
Required qualifications/key competencies:
- Experience in CPG and/or retail
- Ability to navigate and effectively communicate across various job functions including design, production, and fulfillment
- Organized and methodical approach to managing a large number of details
- Polished communication skills, written & verbal
- Strong analytical, decision making and problem-solving skills
- Microsoft Excel and Power Point proficiency
