Your Role at Delta Faucet:

The Account Manager is responsible for developing and executing profitable growth strategies for assigned Lowe’s categories, with initial responsibility for Showering. This role serves as a key customer relationship owner and coordinates sales, category, inventory, marketing, finance, operations, and product partners to deliver an integrated omnichannel plan. The Account Manager translates customer and consumer insights into clear business priorities, leads execution across the account, and proactively addresses risks and opportunities. 

 


Responsibilities:

Customer Leadership: 

  • Build trusted relationships with Lowe's merchants, inventory planning partners, and other customer stakeholders across assigned categories. 
  • Lead customer meetings, business reviews, and negotiations with clear recommendations supported by data and financial analysis. 
  • Represent Delta Faucet Company as a responsive, solutions-oriented partner while protecting long-term profitability and strategic priorities. 

Account and Category Strategy: 

  • Develop and maintain annual account and category plans that connect customer priorities, consumer needs, competitive dynamics, and company objectives. 
  • Build a multi-year growth roadmap for assigned categories, including assortment, innovation, placement, pricing, promotion, and project-selling opportunities. 
  • Use POS, market, customer, and operational data to identify opportunities, diagnose performance gaps, and implement countermeasures. 

Commercial Execution: 

  • Deliver sales, POS, share, and profitability objectives through disciplined execution of assortment changes, product launches, promotions, resets, and other growth initiatives. 
  • Develop fact-based recommendations and customer presentations that clearly communicate the opportunity, required actions, and expected business impact. 
  • Partner with the dedicated Lowes.com account lead and digital teams to ensure store and online strategies are connected and the customer experience is consistent across channels. 

Forecasting and Operational Excellence: 

  • Own the commercial forecast for assigned categories and partner with inventory planning and supply chain teams to improve forecast accuracy, availability, and inventory health. 
  • Establish clear execution plans, milestones, and accountability for customer programs and resolve issues that could affect service, cost, or timing. 
  • Monitor performance against plan and communicate risks, opportunities, and recommended actions to the appropriate internal and customer stakeholders. 

 

Cross Functional Team Leadership: 

  • Lead cross-functional work across marketing, product, finance, customer solutions, demand planning, operations, and customer data teams. 
  • Align internal partners around customer commitments, priorities, timing, and measures of success. 
  • Influence decisions without direct authority and create clarity in a fast-paced, complex account environment. 

Education & Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field 
  • 5-7 years of account management, sales, category management, or related experience 
  • Demonstrated ability to build customer relationships, influence decisions, and lead cross-functional teams. 
  • Strong financial and analytical skills with the ability to interpret multiple data sources and translate insights into action. 
  • Clear, concise communication and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate complex topics at multiple organizational levels. 
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, initiative, and problem-solving skills in a dynamic environment. 
  • Highly motivated and able to resourcefully solve problems while ensuring decision making and engagement occurs at the right levels within the organization. 

Work Location and Travel: 

The Charlotte area is preferred. This role is expected to work from the Mooresville office three days per week, subject to workspace availability and company policy. Travel of approximately 20 to 30 percent is required based on business needs and the employee's location.

Hiring Range: $88,700.00 - $139,260.00 USD
