You will join the Sales - B2B team. By integrating this team, you will partner with our Account Manager FR, Hanna, on nurturing our CSE - Corporate customer's portfolio.

• Manage the day-to-day follow-up of a portfolio of clients

• Support contract renewals and contribute to client retention

• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities

• Prepare for and attend client meetings

• Build action plans to improve customer satisfaction

• Keep the CRM (Salesforce) up to date

• Work collaboratively with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Product, Support...)

• Contribute to improving team processes and documentation

• Sense of customer orientation, with a genuine focus on delivering a great client experience

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in French & English

• Highly organized, with an appetence for CRM proficiency and attention to detail

• Demonstrated ownership
