As the Account Manager, Channel Partners, you will be responsible for onboarding, developing, and managing relationships with key channel partners, including Vendor Management Systems (VMS), Managed Service Providers (MSP), Scheduling Software, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Your focus will be on driving revenue through indirect sales channels, ensuring seamless integration and operational delivery of staffing services and software. You will serve as the primary point of contact for channel partners, ensuring clear communication, expectation management, and alignment on commercial objectives.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Onboard new channel partners, ensuring smooth integration of staffing services and software.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing partners, maximizing opportunities for collaboration.
  • Act as the liaison between channel partners and internal teams to ensure successful delivery.
  • Identify new opportunities within existing channel partnerships to expand relationship.
  • Manage partner expectations and alignment around pricing, contracting, and service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain an active pipeline of in-partner sales opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., Recruiting, Product, Clinical Quality) to ensure support.
  • Monitor and report on performance, identifying & resolving areas for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure delivery of key performance indicators (KPIs) related to service, revenue, and satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans for each channel partner.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop messaging and collateral.
  • Conduct regular internal and external business reviews to assess performance, opportunities.
  • Provide feedback to internal teams on product enhancements, competitive positioning.
  • Provide regular updates on performance, challenges, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of experience in account management, channel sales, or partnerships, preferably within the staffing or technology industries.
  • Proven experience working with VMS, MSP, Scheduling Software, and ATS in a B2B environment.
  • Knowledge of and experience with the healthcare staffing industry is preferred.
  • Strong relationship management skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles and deliverables through indirect sales channels.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex solutions to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple partners and projects simultaneously.
  • A strategic thinker able to balance the needs of channel partners with the business objectives of the company.

Physical Demands

  • While performing the duties the physical requirements are:  
  • constantly reach to use computers, monitors, and other office equipment
  • constantly need to view objects at close and distant ranges
  • constantly communicate with others verbally and in writing
  • frequently required to sit or stand.
  • This position functions in an office and technical environment and requires fine manipulation and simple grasping to utilize the computer and other standard office equipment.
  • Required occasional lifting and transporting of items weighing up to 25 lbs.
  • Occasional travel may be required to meet with channel partners or attend industry events.
