Job Description
As an Account and Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing various projects and maintaining a successful client relationship.
You will integrate our established team in Brussels and our creative departments across Europe to realize brand content productions of the highest quality.
In addition to carefully and proactively managing client relationships for ongoing projects, there is also a focus on tapping new opportunities in the Belgian market. Together with your colleagues, you develop a sustainable business development strategy that measures not just the numbers, but also the emotions. You’ll mainly work for European institutions and Belgian BtoB or BtoC companies to support them in the creation and production of brand content, social content, interview series…
The account management process mainly includes these phases:

Exploration phase: Maintaining contact with the client, participating in pitches, and writing proposals that combine emotion and strategy.

Consultation phase with project leaders: Attending meetings to understand client needs and conducting tender with creative and production teams, always with a focus on emotional impact.

Project phase: Effective management of the project, maintaining client contact, and contributing to the realization of quality productions that truly convey a feeling.
Qualifications
Do you feel in your element when you manage multiple creative projects and at the same time bring new productions on board? Are you excited by strong campaigns and videos?
Then check if you meet the following requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing/Communication

At least 3 to 5 years of work experience, during which you have already evoked some emotions in your clients

Knowledge of both online and offline media,

Knowledge of all the value chain of the production video from pre-production, production and post-production.

Fluent in English, Flemish and/or French

You have an entrepreneurial mindset, are proactive and independent, ready to make an impact

You have a passion for corporate communication, digital marketing, and are thrilled by creative work
