What you’ll do
As a Junior Account Manager for Amazon, you will be responsible for managing and growing sales in a designated set of regions, while also supporting the entire Amazon Europe sales team with insights and in-depth market analysis. The ideal candidate is highly data-driven, familiar with the Amazon ecosystem, and has experience optimizing brand performance on Amazon.

How you’ll do it
- Oversee account health and day-to-day operations for a specified set of European regions, ensuring optimal brand visibility, pricing, and profitability.
- Identify opportunities for sales growth and execute plans to increase sales and market share across key product categories.
- Develop, execute, and monitor promotional strategies and seasonal campaigns to drive customer engagement and sales on Amazon.
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for Amazon category managers and other key stakeholders in assigned regions, fostering strong partnerships to support business growth.
- Collaborate with Planning teams to optimise inventory levels, avoiding shortages and ensuring efficient order fulfilment.
- Produce regular reports on sales, traffic, conversion rates, and other KPIs across all European regions. Share insights and recommendations with the wider Amazon Europe team.
- Conduct detailed analyses of competitors’ pricing, promotional activities, and product assortments to identify trends and competitive strategies.
- Monitor and report on consumer trends within the electronics category on Amazon, identifying new market opportunities and areas for product development or expansion.
- Assist in sales forecasting and budgeting by providing regional insights and trend analysis.
- Work closely within the broader eCommerce team, as well as marketing, business unit, and operations teams to align market strategies and improve product listings, advertising effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with entire sales team including channel support to ensure best practices and information are shared to maximise results and achieve goals.
- Demonstrate an ability to learn company system applications such as Oracle, Business Objects, Salesforce.com.
- Be passionate about product; understand and champion Belkin products and categories.

What you’ll need
- Proficiency in Amazon Vendor or Seller Central, Amazon Advertising, and e-commerce analytics tools highly desirable.
- Strong Excel skills and familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
- Passion for business, tech savvy and quick to adapt new concepts
- Strong analytical skills, leverage data to develop actionable outcomes.
- Strong English verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in one or more European languages is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach. Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to take the initiative in personal growth and development
- Interest in the tech and consumer electronics industry
What you’ve done
- 2+ years’ experience in an eCommerce account management or equivalent position.
- Consumer Electronics industry background is advantageous.
- Proven verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrative experience of reporting and analysis
- Experience managing Amazon Channel is highly desirable
