About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated Account Management Intern to join our team in Malaysia. This internship is ideal for individuals who are passionate about the travel industry and eager to gain hands-on experience in account management. You will assist in maintaining strong relationships with partners, optimizing product content, and supporting business growth initiatives. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and gain exposure to the online travel industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Account Management Support
- Assist in onboarding new products and reactivating inactive ones on KKday’s platform.
- Ensure product content, rates, and availability are optimized and competitive to maximize customer conversion.
- Support the team in reviewing product performance and liaising with suppliers.
- Assist in the contract & agreement process and perform administrative tasks as required.
- Any other duties assigned by the manager.
2. Market & Destination Analysis
- Research and analyze market trends, customer preferences.
- Identify and prioritize high-demand products to enhance product attractiveness.
- Provide insights to the team to support business development strategies.
We Would Love to Hear from You If You…
- Are a student or fresh graduate with a keen interest in eCommerce, OTA, or the travel industry.
- Are available for at least 3 months and able to start immediately.
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Chinese or other languages is a plus.
- Are detail-oriented with excellent organizational, analytical skills and strong attention to detail.
- Possess a proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Are comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Have a passion for the travel industry and a desire to contribute to its growth.
