Job Description

The Day-to-Day Activities:

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities especially on handling Ads on Apps.
  • Responsible for building impactful strategy on achieving Ads Target for Sulawesi Region 
  • Work closely with related stakeholders on executing flawless plans and strategies to faster grow Ads on online platforms. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Develop and present compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement effective advertising campaigns that meet client objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Provide clients with ongoing support and account management, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.

Qualifications

The Must-Haves:

  • Min. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the advertising or agency industry or FMCG in Modern Trade or Key Account Management
  • Have working experience with Start Up companies (Tiktok, Google Ads) is a major advantage
  • Familiar with Join Business Plan Process with Top Accounts 
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with digital advertising platforms and tools is a plus.
  • Full understanding on CPM, ROAS, Cost of Impression and Cost of Order
