Job Description
The Day-to-Day Activities:
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities especially on handling Ads on Apps.
- Responsible for building impactful strategy on achieving Ads Target for Sulawesi Region
- Work closely with related stakeholders on executing flawless plans and strategies to faster grow Ads on online platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Develop and present compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement effective advertising campaigns that meet client objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Provide clients with ongoing support and account management, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.
Qualifications
The Must-Haves:
- Min. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the advertising or agency industry or FMCG in Modern Trade or Key Account Management
- Have working experience with Start Up companies (Tiktok, Google Ads) is a major advantage
- Familiar with Join Business Plan Process with Top Accounts
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with digital advertising platforms and tools is a plus.
- Full understanding on CPM, ROAS, Cost of Impression and Cost of Order
