Account Intern

We are currently seeking a Account Intern to join our team. As an Account Intern, you will work closely with our accounting team to support financial operations, maintain accurate records, and gain hands-on experience in accounting processes. This role provides an excellent opportunity for those interested in understanding the fundamentals of accounting and financial management. 📊📑
Working on-site from 9am - 1pm in our Monterrey Offices. 📍
Requirements: 

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field. 📚
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting. 📊
• Strong numerical and mathematical skills. 🔢
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). 💻
• Experience handling accounting documentation (preferred). 🗂️
• Knowledge of fiscal regulations. 🗃️
• Intermediate English level (written and spoken) 🌍.

Responsibilities 

• Assist in the preparation and review of accounting records. 📝
• Organize and manage financial documents, like invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers. 📂
• Enter and validate invoice data to ensure accuracy. 📑
• Analyze accounting data and generate reports. 📊
• Collaborate with different teams to ensure compliance with financial policies. 🤝
