We are now looking for a driven Account Executive in Sweden who wants to hunt new business, close meaningful deals, and grow their career in a fast-scaling SaaS company.

The Opportunity

You will identify, pursue, and close deals with Swedish sports organisations and event organisers. You will own your pipeline end-to-end: from outbound prospecting to demos to signed contracts. You are not afraid to pick up the phone, walk into a stadium, or pitch at the boardroom table.

You will work closely with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing and carry real revenue targets from day one. For the right person, this role offers rapid career growth into senior sales, team lead, or commercial leadership.

What You Will Do

Drive New Business

  • Own your full sales cycle - from first outreach to signed contract.

  • Proactively identify and qualify new club opportunities across Sweden.

  • Build and manage a robust pipeline, consistently hitting activity and revenue targets.

  • Conduct compelling product demos tailored to each club's commercial goals.

  • Negotiate and close deals with decision-makers at all levels - from ticketing managers to CEOs.

Commercial Strategy & Positioning

  • Deeply understand each prospect's business model, revenue challenges, and fan engagement goals.

  • Position TicketCo as the platform of choice against competing solutions.

  • Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure smooth handovers and fast time-to-value.

  • Provide market feedback to Product and Marketing based on frontline sales insights.

Relationship Building

  • Build a strong personal network across Swedish sports - clubs and leagues.

  • Represent TicketCo at industry events, matches, and networking opportunities.

  • Act as a brand ambassador for TicketCo in the Swedish market.

Who You Are
  • A natural hunter - you are energised by prospecting, pitching, and closing.

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales OR as a Commercial Manager / Revenue-focused role at a professional sports club.

  • Genuinely passionate about sports - you understand the world of clubs, fans, and matchday operations from the inside.

  • Track record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets in a new business or commercial role.

  • Strong communicator and storyteller - you can make complex technology feel simple and relevant.

  • Comfortable navigating long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders, from operations to ownership.

  • Self-driven, resilient, and comfortable with the uncertainty that comes with hunting new business.

  • Fluent in Swedish, with solid working English.

  • Experience from SaaS, sports tech, events, media rights, sponsorship, or ticketing is a strong advantage - but if you are coming from a club background with strong commercial instincts, we want to hear from you.

Experience from SaaS, sports, events, ticketing, or recurring/transaction-based business models is a strong advantage, but not a requirement.

Skills Required

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales OR commercial/revenue-focused role at a professional sports club
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets in new business or commercial roles
  • Fluent in Swedish with solid working English
  • Comfortable with outbound prospecting, long sales cycles, multi-stakeholder deals, and direct field outreach (stadiums, clubs)
  • Passion and understanding of sports, clubs, fans, and matchday operations
  • Experience from SaaS, sports tech, events, ticketing, media rights, sponsorship, or recurring/transaction-based business models
