As an Account Executive, you will assist people in need of cash by offering liquidity and optionality to those prospective sellers who have created a seller financed note and mortgage. Your responsibilities will include managing and qualifying pipeline leads while ensuring progression of opportunities through the sales cycle, executing sales initiatives and meeting sales goals.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Developing strong relationships with private mortgage payment recipients in order to buy future payment streams
- Determine customers' financial needs and offer private mortgage financing solutions
- Utilizing DSC’s proprietary databases to find new business and cultivate existing leads
- Managing the entire process from beginning to end
