Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing & Sales
- Understand and present The Image Group’s capabilities.
- Schedule, lead and manage new business presentations to add value and grow relationships.
- Develop and manage long-term client strategies.
- Ensure the timely development and execution of plans, campaigns, and projects to achieve earnings, growth, and profit goals.
- Planning, Analyzing, Evaluating
- Develop growth plans and revenue forecasts for all clients.
- Monitor sales volume and re-forecast when necessary.
- Regularly evaluate overall product strategy and client support, ensuring an outstanding client experience.
- Research and analyze background information regarding clients, opportunities, industry trends, and other initiatives.
- Team Leading & Coordinating
- Define project scopes, write proposals, create project specifications and schedules.
- Lead and manage complex projects across departments.
- Educate clients and manage their needs and expectations.
- Stay informed on industry trends and promotional product recommendations.
- Assist in customer management, merchandising and data setup for e-commerce implementations.
Qualifications:
- Account Executive experience in the Promotional Product Industry
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have a high level of interpersonal skills and be accustomed to a client facing role.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities and adapt to changing situations.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Must have a strong desire to be a part of a growing company with career growth opportunities.
