TrustClarity is an e-commerce marketplace platform that uses AI to help large industrial manufacturers, distributors, contractors and operators to optimally list and sell their excess inventory. Using AI-powered technology, TrustClarity converts excess inventory listings into data-rich online product listings that are marketed and sold through various ecommerce channels and outreach sales methods.
Role Description
This is a full-time Account Executive role preferably located on-site at the Willis Tower in Chicago, IL. that is ideal for a hungry, tech-savvy, organized self-starter. The Account Executive will be responsible for identification and outreach to prospective B2B clients, conducting product demonstrations, creating tailored sales proposals negotiating contracts, updating the existing CRM, managing existing relationships, and providing solutions to meet customer needs. They will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth. Monthly travel to tradeshows and conferences is required.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales and account management
- Knowledge of ecommerce, SaaS AI and other modern products and technology
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the ecommerce, telecom, IT, energy and circular economy related industries are a plus
- Specific knowledge or experience with supply chains would be helpful to have
- Proactive, accountable, and commercially minded
- Strong organization skills in a continuously changing environment
- Ability to use pivot tables or complex excel sheets
- You should be comfortable using AI tools like Gemini, Claude, ChatGPT, and other tools that help you move faster and think better
- Knowing how to vibe code or create Agents is a bonus
