JOB DESCRIPTION

We are building a high-performing sales team to drive adoption of our newest growth-focused service offering for TikTok Shop brands. Growth on TikTok Shop is driven by production velocity. We provide a proven model that leverages top TikTok creators, strategic sample deployment software, and high-volume content generation to consistently fuel the TikTok Shop algorithm and unlock scalable ad spend.

This role is focused on identifying, engaging, and closing brands that want faster, measurable growth on TikTok Shop through a streamlined version of OverCast’s proven services. You will own the sales process from prospecting through close and play a key role in scaling one of the most exciting growth products in social commerce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound outreach, networking, LinkedIn, referrals, email campaigns, and strategic prospecting
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of TikTok Shop brands and eCommerce prospects
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand brand goals, challenges, and growth opportunities
  • Present OverCast’s TikTok Shop growth model in a clear, compelling, results-driven way
  • Close new business and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Maintain accurate pipeline activity and forecasting in HubSpot
  • Collaborate with internal strategy and accounts teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
  • Stay ahead on TikTok Shop trends, competitor offerings, and emerging opportunities in social commerce

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of sales or business development experience preferred
  • Experience in TikTok Shop, eCommerce, digital marketing, or performance marketing is a strong plus
  • Proven ability to prospect, manage pipeline, and close deals
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Organized with excellent follow-up and time management skills
  • Comfortable using CRM systems such as HubSpot
  • Ability to learn new products, tools, and market trends quickly
  • Based in Orange County, willing to commute to Irvine, CA
