Who you are
You've spent years learning how enterprise deals actually get done. You know that pipeline doesn't build itself, that long sales cycles reward patience and persistence, and that the best partnerships are the ones you're still proud of two years after signing. Now you want a region that's genuinely yours.
This is a sales-first role, and we mean that. You'll build Sherpa's presence across APAC and the Middle East for the partner's full life-cycle, from prospect to signed partner to expanding account, and you'll do it with real ownership over how that region grows.
Building the Region
You'll develop a pipeline from the ground up through outbound prospecting, strategic outreach, and showing up where the industry does. You know how to identify the right airline, OTA, or travel platform and get in the room. You can run a complex enterprise sales cycle and close it.
Signing is just the start. You'll work with Product and Engineering to scope integrations, translate what partners need, and see new partnerships through to a successful launch.
Growing What You've BuiltOnce a partner is live, you own the relationship. That means identifying expansion opportunities; new placements, product adoption, regional rollouts; and lead the commercial conversations that make them happen. You'll also help Partner Success Managers spot commercial opportunities in their accounts.
Have 4 to 7 years in enterprise sales, partnerships, or business development, with experience running a full sales cycle from SDR to AE
Have a track record of building a pipeline and closing complex deals
Know how to navigate large organizations and bring the right people along
Work with a high degree of autonomy and take accountability seriously
Are comfortable operating across cultures and regions
Love collecting miles. This role involves frequent travel across APAC and the Middle East, and the ability to travel regularly is essential
Have experience in the travel industry, not required, but it helps
You'll work directly with some of the world's leading airlines and travel platforms. The region is high-potential and largely untapped. You'll have a real voice in how Sherpa grows it, including go-to-market strategy and sales playbooks, alongside competitive compensation.
