We have beautiful offices in Seattle, WA, Portland, OR, and Boston, MA to accommodate employees in a hybrid or full-office setting. Our current requirement is for local roles to work two days onsite from the C+C offices. Remote roles will be noted accordingly.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

C+C is looking for a motivated, highly organized Account Executive (AE) to work with clients and C+C managers to plan, launch, and execute marketing, PR, and behavior change campaigns.

The successful candidate will be a problem solver and have a can-do attitude, no matter the size or scope of the project or task at hand. Daily activities will run the gamut, including project management, online research, content development, social media management and writing, working with community-based organizations and vendors, and participating in strategy and planning discussions. This position will act in both support and lead roles depending on the project or campaign.

The person in this position will work on an exciting mix of client types, encompassing both public and private sector clients addressing a variety of topics. Approximately half of the work for this position will be dedicated to supporting behavior change campaigns related to energy efficiency across New England as well as support for recycling initiatives,

 RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Working with C+C managers (and clients) to plan, implement and evaluate integrated marketing, and creative campaigns
  • Building, monitoring, and tracking project timelines and budgets
  • Working cross-functionally with internal teams to accomplish work and track progress
  • Writing content for a variety of materials including communication plans, social media,  campaign messaging and talking points
  • Creating high-level reports and presentation decks
  • Managing production of creative projects and events (e.g. collateral materials, organizing staffing, securing supplies, tracking incentive offers, etc.)
  • Conducting secondary research on sometimes technical or complex subject matter and synthesizing research and data sources into key insights

REQUIREMENTS

  • Creative, flexible problem solving
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage time in a rapidly moving environment with daily competing priorities
  • At least three years of experience working in a marketing/PR/communications position and/or in an agency environment with direct exposure to clients
  • Strong writing and editing skills (newsletters, blog posts, social posts, etc.)
  • Ability and love for multi-tasking (supporting 4-6 projects at any one time)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with AI tools
  • A four-year college degree, or equivalent experience
  • A sense of humor!

COMPENSATION
This is a full-time position with an annual salary range of $62,000 to $72,000 plus bonus. We provide a work from home set-up as needed.
