We are currently looking for an Account Executive to join our team. The Account Executive serves as liaison between client and creative, supports client contact/communication, owns delegated projects and ensures flawless execution of work.
What You Will Do:- Develops, manages and executes client programs including, but not limited to, the following activities:
- Plan and facilitate high-impact meetings (e.g., status, client reviews, workshops, and brainstorms): set objectives, share pre-reads, use structured facilitation methods, drive participation, document decisions/actions, and translate outcomes into clear next steps and owners.
- Develop and maintain timelines and budgets.
- Vendor meetings and management.
- Prepare detailed reports (including timeline and budget tracking).
- Financial management (estimating time and costs, written estimates, cost-to-dates/tracking, invoicing).
- Own and update the weekly client status and communication documents
- Partner with Project Management and cross-functional teams to establish clear owners, due dates, and risk mitigation plans.
- Participate and at times leads efforts for presentation development and client presentations
- Write effective/actionable briefs, ensuring creative has all the necessary and relevant information.
- Provide direction to creative and production via standard forms (job starts, change orders, mechanical orders) and communication.
- Knowledge of technical aspects and techniques related to creative and print/digital production.
- Support Senior Account Executive/Account Supervisor in development/application of objectives, strategies, background and competitive activity.
- Responsible for developing and overseeing the execution of strategic initiatives, including but not limited to: in-store displays, digital media campaigns, social media marketing campaigns, retail connected experiences, mobile/digital commerce and content development.

- Manage multiple workstreams/projects at any given time
- Organize and prioritize work and materials for appropriate action
- Manage own (and teams’) time effectively, setting priorities and meeting deadlines
- Embodies the values and culture of the agency
- BA/BS in Business/ Marketing and/or equivalent experience
- 2+ Years of Agency Experience
