Scope of Role
If you enjoy working with technology and love the variety of meeting customers, understanding their business needs, and helping them get the most out of their systems, this could be the perfect role for you.
As the main point of contact for a range of customers using our ERP and Business Management Software, you’ll be supporting them across areas such as Accounting, Stock Management, CRM, E-Commerce, Business Intelligence, and Supply Chain Management. You’ll help them enhance their systems by introducing new features, products, and solutions that drive real business value.
You’ll be part of our Customer Success Office (CSO), whose mission is to deliver the support and services that help our customers achieve their goals with their ERP software.
This role is ideal for someone looking for a new challenge and an opportunity to build a career in account management within a technology-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
The Account Executive will be responsible for developing relationships with our growing customer base. You will be their point of contact and their advocate within the Customer Success Office. Your duties will include:
- Working collaboratively with our Project Management Office as part of our new customer Hypercare process
- Working with other Customer Success Office personnel to deliver an optimum service to your account.
- Meeting performance targets including revenue, credit control, interactions etc.
- Ensuring internal record keeping and reporting systems are kept up to date.
- Working with marketing to contribute
to customer campaigns e.g. new product launches, webinars and events.
- Contribute to our library of supporting documentation for products.
- Maintaining positive relationships with existing Customers
Skills and Abilities
A person that has some of the following skills and abilities would be at a distinct advantage:
- A systematic approach to work with a “can do” attitude
- Must demonstrate initiative, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly empathetic manner
- Ability to work under pressure and manage customer experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to travel to customer site when required
Preferred Qualifications and Experience
A person applying for this role would be at an advantage to have the following:
- Diploma or qualification in Business Management or Accounting/Finance would be an advantage
- Proven experience in delivering excellent customer service
- Previous experience or exposure to Intact iQ or other similar ERP/Business Software
- Full Clean Drivers Licence
