Are you an experienced Account Executive with a strong inclination toward strategic selling and building new client relationships? Kopis is looking for a proactive and business-minded Account Executive who thrives on hunting for new business and driving growth in the Microsoft ecosystem. In this role, you’ll focus on identifying, pursuing, and closing new logo opportunities while collaborating with internal teams to deliver value-driven professional services solutions. You’ll work closely with prospects and clients to ensure Kopis is positioned as a trusted partner, opportunities are qualified effectively, and relationships are nurtured from first contact through successful engagement.

We want to hear from you if you are skilled in:
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
• Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and market analysis.
• Generate new opportunities and drive pipeline growth through cold calling, social selling, email campaigns, events, and other proactive outreach strategies.
Client Needs Analysis:
• Conduct in-depth discovery conversations to uncover client pain points, business challenges, and strategic goals.
• Collaborate with Technical Architects and Solution Consultants to align client needs with Microsoft-focused professional services offerings.
Solution Presentation:
• Develop and deliver compelling presentations that clearly articulate the value proposition of Kopis professional services.
• Tailor solution messaging to executive and business-level audiences, highlighting business impact and ROI.
Proposal Development and Negotiation:
• Prepare proposals and statements of work that outline services, pricing, and engagement terms.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements that ensure client success while positioning Kopis for long-term partnerships.
Relationship Building:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new prospects and key stakeholders.
• Establish Kopis as a trusted advisor by delivering value throughout the sales process and beyond.
Market Intelligence:
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies in the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Use market intelligence to identify whitespace opportunities and strategically position Kopis services.
Sales Reporting and Forecasting:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records of sales activities, pipeline opportunities, and client interactions.
• Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights to management.
