About the role

As an Account Executive at Concord, you’ll report to our Head of Sales and be part of a high-impact team that drives revenue growth. You’ll prospect, qualify, and close deals while ensuring customers experience the full value of Concord.

What you’ll drive (missions, not chores)

  • Prospect, qualify, and nurture new customer relationships
  • Create and deliver solution-focused presentations tailored to prospects
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales goals and quota
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Support, and other teams to ensure seamless client experiences
  • Stay current on Concord’s platform, industry trends, and competitive landscape
  • Provide feedback to Sales, Marketing, and Product for continuous improvement
  • Manage your pipeline proactively and maintain accurate CRM data
  • Actively participate in the respect of all the practices and security policies of the company.

what you'll bring

  • 3–5 years of SaaS B2B sales experience in a similar role
  • A proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets
  • Strong communication skills (verbal, written, interpersonal)
  • Technical proficiency and ability to learn new tools quickly
  • Organizational skills to juggle multiple projects at once
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently when needed
  • Experience working with distributed or remote teams
  • A results-driven, upbeat, growth-oriented attitude
