- Prospect, qualify, and nurture new customer relationships
- Create and deliver solution-focused presentations tailored to prospects
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales goals and quota
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Support, and other teams to ensure seamless client experiences
- Stay current on Concord’s platform, industry trends, and competitive landscape
- Provide feedback to Sales, Marketing, and Product for continuous improvement
- Manage your pipeline proactively and maintain accurate CRM data
- Actively participate in the respect of all the practices and security policies of the company.
what you'll bring
- 3–5 years of SaaS B2B sales experience in a similar role
- A proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets
- Strong communication skills (verbal, written, interpersonal)
- Technical proficiency and ability to learn new tools quickly
- Organizational skills to juggle multiple projects at once
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently when needed
- Experience working with distributed or remote teams
