What We Are Seeking: 

We are looking for the best talent in the industry to support Bizagi’s North America region, with a strong preference for candidates based in Texas. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving enterprise-wide sales initiatives into a set of select named accounts and regional territories—ideally within Texas or other central and eastern U.S. locations. Please note: candidates based on the West Coast will not be considered for this role.

You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams across Bizagi—Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product—to align strategies and deliver exceptional value to our customers.

We’re seeking intelligent and energetic professionals with a proven track record of success in selling BPM/DPA or other enterprise-grade software solutions to both business and IT executives. Fluency in AI concepts and the ability to position Bizagi’s offerings within the context of digital transformation and intelligent automation is highly desirable. Your Responsibilities: 

 

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing and expanding Bizagi’s presence within selected named accounts, while also identifying and closing new business opportunities. You’ll establish yourself as a trusted advisor to key client stakeholders, owning the strategic direction of each account and leading executive discovery sessions, solution strategy development, and resource deployment.

Success in this role requires close collaboration across all Bizagi business functions—Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Delivery, and Product—to ensure seamless implementation and long-term customer success. You’ll work across a diverse set of industries, geographies, and business needs, and will be expected to accurately forecast sales activity and revenue achievement while cultivating satisfied customers who serve as future references.

 

 

Preferred Requirements: 

  • 8+ years of enterprise sales experience with a proven track record selling complex enterprise software—ideally platforms with workflow or process automation capabilities—to medium and large strategic accounts
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, self-directed, entrepreneurial environment while fostering a collaborative team-selling culture across internal technical, delivery, marketing, legal, and executive stakeholders
  • Consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals, with demonstrable earnings
  • Strong consultative sales skills, including the ability to articulate a clear and compelling ROI value proposition
  • Proven ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously through a complex, value-based sales cycle
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain high productivity and focus while managing competing priorities in a fast-moving, team-oriented environment
  • Experience with “land and expand” strategies to grow account value over time
  • Experience working with consulting partners or professional services firms is a plus
  • Exceptional listening, verbal, presentation, and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with CRM tools to manage sales activity and pipeline
  • Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and creative thinking abilities
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Fluency in AI concepts and the ability to position Bizagi’s offerings within the context of intelligent automation and digital transformation
