Your part to play;

  • Elevate your sales game utilising the Challenger Sales methodology
  • Advocate for your market, work in partnership with the wider Figured teams to solve market challenges, drive product improvement and go-to-market strategies
  • Collaborate closely with the Director of Growth NZ on key deals and execution of market strategy
  • Maintain a proactive hands-on approach to generating sales leads and developing a sales pipeline
  • Develop close working relationships with key partnerships such as Xero

What are we looking for;

  • Experience with the Challenger sales methodology - if you know, you know
  • For enterprise and mid-market solution sales, you must be seasoned in B2B tech sales, preferably SaaS.
  • Expertise in qualifying sales opportunities and generating a strong pipeline.
  • Understanding of a long-term sales cycle, with an ability to demonstrate, coach, and mentor a client into a sale.
  • Energy, we are market leading in NZ, but we still have a lot offer our current and new clients.
