- 3+ years of SaaS sales experience as an AE.
- Experience in the RegTech space is preferred.
- Strong background in lead generation and qualification.
- Ability to navigate complex deals with a consultative approach.
- Energetic, adaptable self-starter in a fast-paced environment.
- English fluency at a native level (written and spoken) is required.
- Strong desire to learn and succeed.
- Self-motivated, organized, and team-oriented.
Compensation range: £90-100k base/£180k-200k OTE
