Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our sales team in Austin, TX (NO REMOTE). In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities while fostering long-term relationships with clients. You will work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align on lead generation efforts and follow up on inbound leads.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing to meet both client needs and company goals.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and regularly update the CRM system with prospect and customer information.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging cybersecurity threats.
  • Partner with the customer success team to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing client satisfaction.
  • Represent Ghost Security at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the cybersecurity or technology industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and ability to manage complex sales cycles.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement tools.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of the cybersecurity landscape and industry trends is a plus.
