What you'll do
- Lead the Full Sales Cycle: From prospecting to pipeline management to closing deals, you will focus on acquiring new clients and expanding business with existing customers within your territory.
- Engage with Leading Brands: Build relationships with top UK Mid-Market brands, understanding their biggest data challenges and showcasing how Keboola can provide value.
- Develop the Market: Keboola is already well-established in Europe, but we’re now ramping up our efforts in the UK. Your existing network will be key to generating leads and building a solid pipeline in the first year.
- Achieve Your Revenue Targets: Regularly convert leads and target accounts into new business opportunities and customers, ensuring you hit both quarterly and annual revenue goals.
- Consultative Selling: Identify customer pain points and provide tailored solutions, using relevant case studies and real-life examples to demonstrate Keboola’s ability to transform how businesses use data to grow.
- Collaborate with a Global Team: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Presales, and Customer Success teams to improve customer experiences and enhance our sales funnel.
- Stay Ahead of Industry Trends: Keep up to date with the latest developments in the boomer eCommerce and data industries, positioning Keboola as the go-to solution for data management.
- Manage Your Pipeline: Maintain a strong, healthy pipeline within your assigned territory using Salesforce, ensuring you meet weekly activity and reporting targets.
What We’re Looking For
- Sales Acumen: You’ll need 3+ years of full sales cycle experience in a SaaS environment, with a proven track record of hitting targets.
- Industry Knowledge: A strong background in data and insights is essential, with an understanding of the sector's unique challenges.
- Technical Aptitude: Ability to quickly grasp and communicate the value of complex technical solutions like Keboola.
- Proven Success: A history of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional Communication: Fluent in English, with the ability to present, persuade, and build trust across all organisational levels.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, scaling startup environment.
- 5+ years of full sales cycle experience in SaaS.
- Experience in SaaS Sales, particularly with large 6-figure deals.
- Experience in data management, analytics, or cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with Salesforce for pipeline management and forecasting.
