What You’ll Do
- Identify potential customers and run the end-to-end sales process
- Build and maintain relationships with OEMs and Contract Manufacturers, from Executives to Electrical Engineering teams and Supply Chain Managers; be viewed as a subject matter expert
- Work with our Founders and Engineering team to identify gaps in our solutions for OEMs and Contract Manufacturers
- Manage pipeline and accurately reflect the probability of close
What We're Looking for
- 1–2 years of inside sales experience and 2–4 years of outside sales experience
- Experience in a new-revenue role and a strong track record of closing deals with OEMs and/or Contract Manufacturers
- Strong prospecting, qualifying, and negotiating skills; consultative sales approach with a product-centric mindset
- Proven ability to interact and articulate complex solutions to all levels of an OEM and/or Contract Manufacturer, across Electrical Engineering and Supply Chain teams
- Desire to get (more) technical and the ability to learn the ins and outs of Cofactr’s platform and solutions
- Comfort working across a dynamic team with shifting priorities and project loads, and (re)setting expectations so that you and the team are successful
