You are the ideal candidate if:

  • You are a dynamic, self-motivated and results oriented B2B sales professional with a proven track record of success.
  • You have a minimum of 2 years of full-life cycle and consultative sales experience selling software solutions. If you grew into sales from an SDR or BDR role, even better!
  • You are motivated by success and an uncapped commission plan. You thrive on not just meeting goals but exceeding them.
  • You have strong analytical skills and would enjoy understanding your prospects’ sales commission plans.
  • Your focus is net new business; you are a hunter at heart.

What you’ll do:

  • Own the sales process from qualification through demo, proposal, and negotiation. 
  • Work closely with a Solutions Engineer to create custom demos for prospects.
  • Understand clients’ needs, goals and objectives.
  • Operationalize annual plans. Be proactive to meet goals and objectives.
  • Maintain unimpeachable understanding of our product.
  • Effectively demonstrate the product and articulate the value proposition to prospects.
  • Ensure proper paperwork with all new sales (Order Form, SaaS Agreement, etc.)
  • Provide field intelligence on marketplace trends and competitive activity to the marketing team. Maintain up-to-date contact information for assigned contacts in Salesforce.
  • Be responsive to requests from internal and external parties.
  • Maintain a proactive approach and act with initiative but ask when in doubt.
  • Contribute to the company’s success by taking on unrelated tasks as necessary.

Performio offers competitive salaries and a generous benefits package. You will receive an annual salary that is between the middle and high end of the market depending on your experience. You will also receive the following company benefits:
