What You'll Do


- Run outbound activities to generate new client acquisitions

- Meet with potential customers, understand their pain points, and determine which of Moonhub's solutions is the right fit

- Review customer inquiries, prioritize high-quality leads, and run point on the sales process

- Go from the initial introduction call with a lead to the final close and beyond

- Ensure customer success throughout the sales journey

- Ruthlessly prioritize where to invest and close deals

- Document, maintain, and update our internal CRM

- Become a Moonhub product expert second to none


Skills & Qualifications 


- This is a hybrid position in Boston. You will need to be located in or within a commutable distance from Boston to be considered.

-2+ years of sales experience

- Ability to distill complex issues into clear, concise communication with fantastic interpersonal skills

- Experience selling into HR/talent orgs, or a strong understanding of HR / AI

- Hustler mindset - This is an outbound position!

- Can thrive in an ambiguous environment

- Drive to be the best and grow your career

- Highly organized and able to perform operational multitasking
