About the Role

Ogilvy Indonesia is currently seeking an Experienced Account Executive to be a part of our PR team, embodying 360 PR and Influence Vision and passionate about creative public relations. A brave, curious, high-energy, strategic account service professional with strong experience in account management with major advertising and/or PR agencies.

Job Description:

  • Plans, schedules, and manages clients projects
  • Builds and strengthens client relationships
  • Develops, defines, and scopes projects
  • Prepares detailed quotes, proposals, and project plans
  • Coordinates project resources, team members, and suppliers
  • Manages stakeholder expectations
  • Proactively identifies and solves client problems
  • Managing scope creep and change control
  • Collaborates with the design, development, and strategy teams to achieve best-practice PR work
  • Proactively contributes to ongoing development and process improvement
  • Contributes, shares ideas, is passionate, and inspires colleagues

Skills & Requirements:

  • You have at least 1+ year experience in project management
  • You have excellent people skills & a collaborative attitude
  • You have a deep understanding of and experience with PR
  • You are agile in project management methodology
  • You are familiar with best practices in PR
  • You have powerful communication and writing skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail are critical
  • You can work at high speed, multitask, and manage multiple projects at once
  • Before managing projects, a strong track record of contributing to successful PR projects as a team member is strongly desirable
