- アカウントエグゼクティブは、クライアントのプロジェクトを日々遂行する責任を負っている。
- 適切なクライアント/ベンダーレベルの関係を構築する。
- クライアントの要望やニーズをまとめ、理解して行動する。クライアントとパートナーエージェンシーとの良好な関係を構築して維持する。
- クライアントとのビジネスに情熱をもち、そのあらゆる面ついても熟知できるようにする。
- 社内でのステータスミーティングを運営し、軌道修正しながらプロジェクトを進めることができる。
- ミーティング内容を正確に反映した最小限の修正でクライアントに送信できるミーティングレポートを作成することができる。
- クライアントの要望を管理、理解して行動する。
- 主要なトレンドや統計を明確に理解し、よりチームの理解を深めて賢明な解決策へと導くことができる。
- 競合他社を把握し、主要な競合他社のデータや資料を収集する方法を知っている。
- ジョブ番号とジョブ記録のメンテナンスを見越して管理する。
- 請求書を正確かつ適切な時期に作成し、請求書やファイナンシャルに関する問い合わせにも積極的に対応する。
- 体系的かつ効率的なファイリングシステムを維持する。
