About the role:
We are looking for an Account Executive to turn expertise, initiative, and bold thinking into real impact on the next generation of AI-driven financial crime detection.
If you combine strong enterprise sales capabilities with deep experience navigating complex deal cycles in the financial services or fintech space, and if you are motivated by owning the full sales cycle and closing high-value deals with banks, fintechs, and payment providers worldwide, ThetaRay could be your next challenge.
Responsibilities:
- Driving new logo acquisition across banks, fintechs, and payment providers
- Managing end-to-end sales cycles from demo through to close
- Qualifying opportunities and understanding customer needs
- Delivering product demos and presenting value-driven solutions
- Building and maintaining relationships throughout the sales process
- Managing pipeline, forecasting, and activity in Salesforce
- Achieving quarterly revenue targets
- 3+ years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience
- Experience selling financial crime, RegTech, fintech, or payments solutions
- Track record of closing $80k-$400k+ ARR deals
- Experience managing full sales cycles and multiple opportunities in parallel
- Experience selling via video conferencing (Zoom, Teams)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build relationships and understand customer needs
- Proactive, self-starter mindset
- Additional languages are a plus
