This role drives revenue through strategic ticket sales with a customer-first approach. Success requires excellence in prospecting, relationship building, and closing business while maintaining a positive, consultative sales process.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Drive revenue by selling our full portfolio of ticket products including season ticket memberships, premium courtside and club agreements, group experiences, nightly suite rentals, and ticket plans
- Develop relationships with prospective customers via outbound communication efforts and enhance those relationships through face to face and virtual appointments
- Deliver world-class service in line with our “Everybody Sells and Everybody Services” mindset.
- Use cutting-edge sales technology, including AI-powered prospecting and engagement tools, Salesforce CRM system, and video-based outreach platforms.
- Maintain a disciplined focus on prospecting, appointment setting, delivering compelling sales presentations, and closing sales
- Maintain a dynamic and up-to-date sales pipeline while keeping your leader informed through consistent updates and strategic insight sessions.
- Demonstrate both a team-first mindset and the competitive drive to excel individually
- Actively participate in professional development opportunities to continuously enhance your skills
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in sports management, business administration, communications, or related field
- Self-motivated professional with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and dedication to teamwork

- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities
- Strong multitasking abilities with excellent prioritization skills

- Flexibility to work extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
Compensation & Perks:
- Base Salary: $40,000
- Commission: Unlimited earning potential
