The Role

This is a pioneering, high-ownership role for a driven sales professional who understands the Korean gaming landscape and knows how to open doors in it. You will own the full sales cycle — from identifying the right studios and decision-makers, to running tailored demos, to closing deals and handing off to our engagement team.

You will be Motorica's face in Korea, combining sharp commercial instincts with genuine curiosity for our technology and a deep respect for how business gets done in the region.

What You Will Do
  • Drive Awareness: Proactively engage AA+ and AAA Korean game development studios, introducing Motorica's cutting-edge generative animation toolset to the people who need it most.

  • Strategic Outreach: Identify and connect with key decision-makers, build meaningful long-term relationships, and develop a deep understanding of their animation workflows and production pain points.

  • Tailored Solutions: Demonstrate how Motorica's AI-based motion synthesis solutions streamline pipelines, reduce cost, and unlock creative potential — working closely with our most experienced product strategists to land the right message.

  • Revenue Acceleration: Own ambitious revenue targets and exceed them by turning curious prospects into enthusiastic, long-term customers.

  • Market Intelligence: Feed insights back to the global team about Korea's gaming ecosystem — studios, trends, competitor activity — helping sharpen Motorica's regional strategy over time.

Key Qualifications
  • Proven Sales Experience: Prior success in a revenue-generating role, ideally selling SaaS-based creative or technical solutions to studios, developers, or enterprise clients.

  • Korean Gaming Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with Korea's game studio landscape — major publishers, mid-tier developers, and the animation or production challenges they face.

  • Relationship-Driven: You are genuinely motivated by building high-stakes, long-term relationships and understand how trust is earned in Korean business culture.

  • Korean Language: Native or fluent Korean is required — you will be operating fully in the language day-to-day with studios, stakeholders, and partners.

  • Professional English: Strong professional-level English is essential, as English is Motorica's company language and you will collaborate closely with our global team in Stockholm.

  • Cultural Fluency: A deep, lived understanding of Korean workplace culture and business etiquette — you know how decisions get made, how relationships are built, and how to represent Motorica with credibility in the Korean market.

  • Self-Starter: Comfortable operating independently in a remote, fast-moving startup while keeping the global team aligned and informed.

  • Bonus: Experience in animation, game production tooling, or generative AI is a strong plus, but not a requirement
