805title is expanding into San Diego with a focused Account Executive role built for someone who knows how to compete in a market that rewards consistency and personal credibility.
This territory has volume. It also has noise. The reps who win here aren't the loudest, they're the ones who show up every week, deliver real value, and become the person agents trust before they even think about who to call.
What you'll do:
Own and grow a San Diego territory through direct outreach, agent appointments, and consistent follow-up
Build a roster of Power Partners who generate recurring title and escrow business
Run a daily Hour of Power to prospect, follow up, and book appointments
Use LYTI to track your pipeline, orders, and income in real time
Represent a product suite that gives agents tools their current title rep can't offer
Who we want:
1 to 2 years in professional sales, in any field where you had to find and close your own business
Title or real estate experience is a bonus, not a requirement. We welcome strong sellers from pharma, payroll, health and fitness, or any consultative sales background.
Comfortable operating in a high-activity, relationship-first environment
Self-directed, coachable, and motivated by commission income
Who this is NOT for:
People who need warm leads handed to them
Anyone who has never had to prospect or build a book of business from scratch
People who treat follow-up as optional
