Key Responsibilities:
- Client Strategy & Risk Consulting:
- Develop customized personal risk strategies, including homeowners, auto, umbrella, and specialty
- coverages (yacht, aviation, collectibles, family office, cyber).
- Identify coverage gaps and recommend enhancements to safeguard client assets.
- Provide guidance on complex exposures, including multi-state and international placements.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for Private Client relationships.
- Lead client onboarding, renewal discussions, and coverage reviews.
- Coordinate claims advocacy and ensure timely, efficient resolution with carriers.
- Maintain client retention rates at or above 95%.
- Sales & Growth Support:
- Partner with producers to drive new business and expand existing client relationships.
- Identify cross-sell opportunities (e.g., flood, excess liability, cyber, fine art).
- Support new business development through proposals, presentations, and prospect meetings.
- Operational Excellence:
- Ensure compliance with workflows, documentation standards, and carrier requirements.
- Collaborate with Client Success team members to ensure accurate policy issuance, endorsements, and renewals.
- Contribute to practice development initiatives that improve efficiency, client satisfaction, and revenue growth.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 5+ years in Private Client / High-Net-Worth personal lines insurance.
- Professional designations preferred or willingness to pursue (e.g., CPRIA, CPRM, CPCU).
- Demonstrated ability to manage and grow a Private Client book of business.
- Strong consultative, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Agency Management Systems (Applied Epic preferred).
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to work independently.
